Ordering from Graywitch Books

Graywitch Books uses a system for the ordering and payment that is in keeping with it being a small book nook store online. Instead of an online shopping cart system where you enter your credit card number on our site, we use an online order form and invoice system with PayPal as the agent by which the money transfer.

By using PayPal, a small site such as Graywitch Books can accept payment in almost any electronic form that a buyer may chose to use. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card. PayPal utilizes security systems that are industry standard and above so that you can feel secure in making online transactions through them.

You simply fill out our order form, making sure that you include your email address as well as the full address of where you want the book sent to. Tell us which book(s) you want. Shipping and Handling charges vary with location and number of books. We will confirm with you via email that the book you want is available. PayPal will manage the money transfer, and when it is complete we will send your book to you within a week.

All Orders Must Come With The Complete Valid Shipping Address As To Where The Items Purchased Are To Be Delivered .

Graywitch Books is not responsible for merchandise that is not delivered/received due to invalid shipping addresses having been provided to us by the buyer and hence the purchase and shipping costs of any "lost" items is non-refundable.

All item availability and delivery addresses will be verified by email and the item will be sent upon this verification.

**Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country are determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return and Refund Policy

All books are returnable to Graywitch Books for a store credit of the book's purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

U.S. and International orders should be returned using registered mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returned orders.

Privacy, Security and Data Collection Policy

By using PayPal for your purchases, your personal information is secured with industry standard technology.

Your personal information (name, address, email) is used by Graywitch Books only for shipping and bookeeping purposes and will never be shared, given, sold or distributed in any form, electronic or by other means, to any third party for any purpose.

Graywitch maintains no mailing list at this time, electronic or otherwise.
